If you are ever dealt two pairs and one of those pairs is Ace-Ace, discard everything except for the AA. The large payout for multiple aces makes it worth going for the four-of-a-kind hand and, failing that, three of a kind.
Hold all other two pair hands. If you get two pairs right off the bat and neither one of those pairs are aces, just hold the 2 pairs for the guaranteed payout.
If you get a full house that includes three aces, you should hold only the aces and discard everything else. This sounds crazy but the large payouts for 4 aces make it the mathematically correct play.
Do not hold 2s-4s in your hand as potential kickers. For example, if you have 2 aces and a 2 in your hand, you should hold only the aces.
If you get an ace and two other high cards of mixed suits, you should hold the ace only.
